Indeed, today marked one important moment for our agricultural community as we gathered in style for the 41st Regional Farmers Day celebration in the Ablekuma North Municipal Assembly!
It was indeed a great display of unity and purpose, bringing together our committed Assembly Members, our respected Chiefs and Queen Mothers, proud Service Personnel, and the true backbone of our nation—our hardworking Farmers. We showed great vigor, strength, and rich diversity of agriculture across our municipality.
But the highlight of the ceremony was the much-deserved recognition of our outstanding farmers. We gave awards for their relentless commitment, amazing innovations, and enormous contributions to food security and national development. Your hard work does not go unnoticed!
On behalf of Hon. Ewurabena Aubynn, the Member of Parliament for Ablekuma North, I had the opportunity to address the gathering. I reemphasized Government's unwavering commitment to transforming the sector and moving it forward. Indeed, such commitments are being actualized through targeted investments in enhanced extension services, critical mechanization support, and strategic initiatives aimed at empowering our farmers to boost productivity and strengthen our local economies.
Today was a day of celebrating tradition, progress, and partnership. Now let us continue to nurture growth and plant the seeds for a more prosperous and food-secure future for all.
