At a dignified ceremony attended by key stakeholders, these energetic young men and women were formally presented to their respective service commanders to commence their vital roles within the municipality.
This strategic initiative, a collaborative effort between the Ablekuma North Municipal Assembly and the Youth Employment Agency, seeks to augment the work of the Ghana Police Service and the Ghana National Fire Service. The assistants will serve as a crucial link between the services and the community, supporting crime prevention, traffic management, fire safety education, and emergency response.
The ceremony was graced by:
Hon. Ewurabena Aubynn, MP for Ablekuma North
Hon. Adamu Musah Kalamu, MCE for Ablekuma North
Representatives of the Youth Employment Agency

In their remarks, dignitaries underscored the importance of the program, highlighting its dual role in enhancing public safety and creating valuable employment opportunities for the youth. The Assembly extends heartfelt gratitude to all partners for their support and warmly welcomes the new Police and Fire Assistants to their assignments. Their deployment marks a significant contribution toward making Ablekuma North a safer and more secure municipality for all.
