The Municipal Chief Executive of Ablekuma North, Hon. Adamu Musah Kalamu, has met with stakeholders and dedicated market traders to discuss the upcoming market redevelopment project.
The engagement focused on the project timeline, temporary relocation plans during construction, and the introduction of modern facilities designed to increase footfall while preserving the unique character of the market.
Hon. Kalamu emphasized that hearing directly from traders—the heart of the market—was invaluable in shaping a project that truly addresses their needs. He reassured participants of the Assembly’s commitment to making the transition as smooth as possible.
“Our goal is to deliver a vibrant, sustainable, and successful trading environment for all. This project is a collaborative effort, and your voices are essential in ensuring its success,” the MCE stated.
