The Ablekuma North Municipal Assembly (ABNMA) quest for improved staff performance has emphasized the need for demand-driven training. The training plans emanate from the training needs assessment of the Assembly. The training was delivered in two days by a specialist from Vince Automobile Engineering Solutions who employed adult training learning methods dosed with interactions and finally conducted an assessment for all participants with the assessment tool structured to enhance recalling of critical techniques in driving defensively.
