As part of efforts to improve Public Finance Management (PFM) at the Sub National Level, the 2016 edition of the Composite Budget Manual for Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDA’s) has been reviewed with support from GIZ.
In view of this, the Regional Coordinating Council, in collaboration with the Fiscal Decentralization Unit of the Ministry of Finance lead by Mr. Victor Enninful on Monday 15th April,2024 organized a training workshop on the Revised Composite Budget Manual.
The workshop was aimed at deepening the knowledge of the Budget Committee and Hon. Assembly Members and also to enable them perform their functions in the formulation and management of the Assembly’s Budget.
